Are the vehicles insured?

Yes, all our vehicles have a fully comprehensive insurance

What are the methods of payment for the car rental services?

All reservations by web must be paid by credit or debit card

How do I rent a car?

You can rent a car by simply clicking on the home button in the menu or by calling +34 922 714 682.

Can I change the car after the reservation?

Yes. If you would like to change or cancel your reservation of a car after approving it, you can do this online, or if you need help please call +34 922 741 682.

Where can I take the car from and where should I return it?

You can take the car at one of our offices. If you have reserved a car for more than two days, we can deliver the car also at the airport. The car has to be returned to an agreed location in our offices, your hotel or with an additional cost at the airport.

What should I do, if the car breaks down?

If your car breaks down, please call us immediately at +34 922 741 682

Do you deliver cars at the north of the island?

Yes, we will deliver you the car to the location of your choice for an additional price and minimum 2 days.

Are there any maps in the car?

Yes, if you wish, we will provide maps of Tenerife,  or you can just take our gps with an additional cost.
